Library Rooms Loan Service
The libraries of the UCA have the following workspaces that can be reserved:
Library spaces
These are closed spaces within the Library for study and individual or group consultation, which can be used, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., under the following conditions:

The work rooms can only be reserved and used by the students of the University of Cádiz, for a maximum of 3 hours, and the maximum capacity of each space can not be exceeded.

The reservation of the work rooms is personal and non-transferable, being made responsible for its use by the student who has made the same.

For the use of a group work room, the appearance of a minimum of two people is required, including the one that has made the reservation, which must deliver the user’s cards in the circulation service of the library. In the case of work rooms that, due to their capacity, are for individual use, only the student who has made the reservation must issue the card. The return of the cards will be made to the holders thereof.

After 15 minutes have elapsed without having made use of the reservation of a work room, the staff of the library may cancel the reservation and leave the space available for other users.

Learning spaces and training rooms
They are multifunctional rooms for teaching and training, equipped with audiovisual equipment and office automation, which can be used under the following conditions:

These spaces can only be reserved and used by the PDI and the PAS of the University of Cádiz, for a maximum of 6 hours, for the realization of special academic activities, seminars or training sessions for those who need the technological tools with which the rooms are equiped.

The reservation of the Learning Spaces and the Training Classrooms is personal and non-transferable, being made responsible for its use by the PDI or the PAS that the same has done.
- The training rooms have a capacity of 10 to 30 people. The learning spaces have a capacity of 40 to 50 people.
