Operational Plan Bases
Since 2015, the ABAP Action Plan has been aligned with the lines of action of the Strategic Plan of the UCA, thus committing to work together with the rest of the university community to make the vision of the UCA a reality..
Within this framework, and closely linked to the Area vision, some general objectives are maintained::
- Innovate and communicate services according to the needs of different types of users.
- Guarantee the development of the collection, based on an adequate selection, acquisition, access, evaluation, preservation and conservation of the bibliographic and documentary collection.
- Redesign the spaces and adapt them to new derivatives of the educational environment and the need to preserve and conserve documents.
- Strengthen alliances, internal and external, to obtain resources and improve services.
- Grow as an organization and team to face the challenges derived from the changing role of libraries in relation to users.
From these objectives, and using both internal and external sources of information, the Library, Archive and Publications Area plans its annual performance.
